I really love to write about my own experiences and how I incorporate yoga into my daily life, but sometimes I come across a post that just explains the importance of regular practice so well that I need to share.
This article appeared on MindBodyGreen.com and was written by Cat O’Conner. It is a must read for anyone who has trouble getting over the past, tends to hold grudges, and/or is uncomfortably uncertain about the future.
I really encourage you to take 5 minutes today and read it. Learning to regularly practice many of the techniques she mentions have made my life a lot happier.
